Report An Outage

To report a power outage to Black Hills Electric Cooperative, you have the following options:

  1. Phone: Call our toll-free number at (800) 742-0085 or our local number at (605) 673-4461.

While our office is only open Monday through Friday 7:30 AM -5:00 PM our phones are answered 24/7. 

2. SmartHub App: Use the SmartHub app to report outages directly from your mobile device.
