Juniors and seniors, if your parent or guardian is a member of Black Hills Electric Cooperative, join them at our annual meeting on May 29, 2025, at the Ramkota Convention Center in Rapid City for a chance to win one of two $500 scholarships. (Winners cannot have received another BHEC scholarship.)
