Winter peak demand times: 

• October 1 through May 31
• Monday - Friday from 5-9 a.m. and 5-9 p.m.
• Weekends are off peak from 9 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday

Summer peak demand times:

• June 1 through September 30
• Monday - Friday from 2-8 p.m.
• Weekends are off-peak from 8 p.m. Friday to 2 p.m. Monday

The following holidays* are off peak:

• New Year’s Day
• Presidents’ Day
• Memorial Day
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Veterans’ Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Day

   *Note: A holiday is considered off-peak on the day the holiday occurs. If a holiday falls on a weekend, the nearest Friday or Monday is NOT considered off-peak, regardless of local business practices for recognizing time off.
