One lucky dependent of a Black Hills Electric Cooperative member can win a FREE trip to Washington D.C. June 14-20, 2026. Participating in the NRECA Youth Tour is a great way to learn about our nation, develop leadership skills and gain a better understanding of the importance of electric cooperatives.

Applicants must submit the application found below and include a one-page form summarizing your volunteer activities, leadership roles, and goals for the future. Applicants must be a junior or senior of a member of Black Hills Electric Cooperative to be eligible. Students must be at least 16 years of age at the time of the tour.
